Meet Moshe

Moshe Rey is a grief therapy practitioner, yoga teacher, mental fitness coach, Reiki healer, motivational speaker, and the founder of The Inner Holding. They are also the co-founder of SoulSpeak and have spent the last several years designing and facilitating retreats across the Philippines and New Zealand. Moshe is passionate about supporting individuals through life, loss, and life’s many transitions.

Moshe trained in grief therapy with the Birth, Breath and Death Institute and integrates this with a decade-long practice in Kundalini Yoga and mindfulness training under Eileen Tupaz. Their approach combines clinical, spiritual, and intuitive practices, creating safe, inclusive spaces where people feel seen, supported, and gently guided through their healing journey.

Identifying as gender fluid, Moshe embraces this as a sacred gift, allowing them to bring a natural harmony of masculine strength and feminine softness into their work. This balance shapes the sensitivity, presence, and deep care they offer to those they support.

For the past two years, Moshe has volunteered at a suicide support helpline for the LGBTQ+ community in the UK and is experienced with dealing with people in crisis. As a devoted student of A Course in Miracles, they advocate for unconditional love, compassion, and authenticity. Through their courage, humor, and open-heartedness, Moshe inspires others to find clarity, resilience, and the strength to live with purpose.

Meet Eileen

Eileen Tupaz is a compassionate guide and experienced teacher who has been supporting people on their healing journeys since 2011. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the Ateneo de Manila University, with a focus on Eastern thought. Eileen is also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher (trained under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield), yoga teacher trainer, Reiki Third Degree teacher, Eating Psychology Coach, and international retreat facilitator.

Eileen blends more than a decade of experience in creating safe and nurturing spaces for individuals seeking emotional, mental, and spiritual support. Her work draws deeply from mindfulness practices rooted in Vipassana, Yoga, and Zen traditions, combined with insights from Hindu and Buddhist philosophy. She integrates her clinical training with body-centered, trauma-informed, and psychotherapy-inspired approaches to offer care that meets people where they are.

Passionate about helping others feel safe (enough) with themselves and in the world, Eileen focuses on empowering people to embody and express their highest intentions. Whether teaching, mentoring, or coaching, she loves walking alongside others in the life-long labor of growing lotuses from mud — helping them find resilience, clarity, and peace as they navigate life’s challenges.

Eileen has shared her work not only in the Philippines but also internationally in Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand, and beyond.

Meet Ria

Ria Tirazona is a yoga and mindfulness facilitator, educator, and licensed psychologist from the Philippines. She specializes in psychological assessment and offers movement- and mindfulness-based psychotherapy, creating spaces where mind, body, and spirit are supported in harmony.

With almost 20 years of experience as an educator across diverse learning environments, Ria is passionate about co-creating nourishing spaces where people can safely explore their personal path to wellness. She draws on trauma-informed, accessible, and mental health–aware practices—including yoga, embodiment, meditation, and mindfulness—to help others build awareness, presence, and tenderness toward themselves.

Ria is trained in alternative healing modalities such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Traditional Thai Massage, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Yoga Therapy. As a mental health professional, she regularly facilitates workshops, training, and wellness programs for individuals, corporations, and organizations both locally and internationally.

Ria’s own journey—including her openness about being an emotional eater and her evolving relationship with her body—deeply informs her work. She encourages others to celebrate their bodies with love and compassion, moving from a place of possibility rather than expectation. Her nurturing yet playful classes offer a balance of relaxation and challenge, emphasizing strength, functionality, and softness in both body and mind.
